Lagoon Dining is a restaurant and bar dishing up food that leans heavily on Chinese culinary traditions. It is an expression of food chef's Ned Trumble and Keat Lee love to eat and to cook, dished up heartily alongside booze they love to swill - a place for friends and fun.
Faced with the prospect of cooking with wild venison, many immediately think of rosemary, red wine, rich braised and other traditional European recipes. Keat & Ned had something different in mind - a tasting menu pairing our wild venison with traditional south Asian & Chinese flavours.
