Pies and sausage rolls are shipped raw and frozen. Can be baked from frozen. Pre-heated 190degree oven for 18 - 20 minutes. 

Frozen shipping is available only for Victoria postcodes.
For all other states, we offer chilled freight only. Please note that this may result in your pies arriving partially or fully defrosted, depending on transit conditions.

Customers outside of Victoria who choose chilled freight do so at their own risk. We are unable to guarantee that products will remain frozen during delivery.
